CANCELLATION MODALITIES:
We will inform you of the different modalities according to your use of service. There are two main options:
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please note that if you have contracted any of the following products on your bill, OKLUZ Asistencia Plus, OKLUZ Asistencia Negocios and/or Servicio Asistencia Eléctrica, you must contact 900.816.885 to request a CANCELLATION.
IF YOU HAVE USED THE SERVICE
If you have used the service you want to cancel in the current annuity, you can request a scheduled termination, which will be executed on the same day that your current annuity expires
IF YOU HAVE NOT USED THE SERVICE
If you have not used the service in the current annuity of the contract, you can request an immediate cancellation, being exempt from paying the remaining months of that annuity
